When we speak of Conscious our viewpoint is from our personal perspective. It focuses on the daily necessities and niceties of our life concerns, interests and relationships. However, there is also an essential relation of the cosmic perspective. This perspective goes unnoticed by most; it is virtually unknown to awareness. This is the Unified Knowledge Worldview. It views everything as connected, and unified as parts of a whole.
This Cosmic Perspective, approaches knowledge from a holistic orientation. The grandest whole of all is the Universe. Its parts consist of tiny Quantum Energy Vortices. Dark Energy operates at the diminutive Planck scale (10^-35cm). All of the elemental dark energy self-organizes into the whole of the Universe, The Plenum.
This universal Plenum is immense, well organized and well ordered. Consequently, scientists discover the Laws of Nature that govern the forms and functions of the Universe. Nature is physical or concrete in its manifestation. Conversely, the Universe manifests another way which is not physical but abstract and self-aware. Awareness is the guiding principle of sentient existence, of life.
Awareness means being conscious; being able to focus awareness to gain or keep values that support living. Of course there are different levels of Awareness. Beginning with living single-celled, microbial creatures to plants and then to animals, the scope and range of CONSCIOUS varies drastically.
At the level of Human Kind, awareness becomes VOLITIONAL. This level of awareness affords the freedom to determine what to attend to. Volitional Awareness can attend to immediate, past, or future events and relations at will.
Over the span of humanity’s maturation, truths and laws of nature were discovered and applied. This body of work of records, reports, documents, books, audio-visual recordings, physical models and structures is held in libraries and archives as KNOWLEDGE. Cultural traditions, artifacts, art, history, economics, justice, polity, and community all make up the COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUS of a Civilization’s knowledge. All the Knowledge of the Universe is produced by attention to and concentration on the facts of reality.
Unfortunately, the study of conscious gets the least amount of attention. Modern scientific research and academia take concerted measures to avoid any reference to conscious playing a role in the discovery of new knowledge. Education reduces all disciplines or subject areas to random and diverse causation. Conscious intention of the mind is not deemed a worthy area of study. It is high time to recognize the power and significance of conscious.
The Universe makes itself aware of itself. It does so by means of many MINDS. Minds deal with wholes and their parts. Essentially, minds integrate parts to construct wholes. Minds differentiate wholes to identify and manage their parts. The mind’s purpose is to grasp and understand the ways, means, and meanings of everything - in other words, to gain Knowledge. Knowledge, in general, identifies forms and functions. It especially, seeks to identify formative processes or methods that produce operational, labor enhancing devices and life beneficial conditions.
