As many of us have discussed, if we go about building the world we want to live in, it just might let the old (exploitative, controlling, greed-ridden) institutions crumble without giving any of our energy to fighting them. Without our energy and consent, they hold no power. Grow your own organic food with neighbors or community and the toxic, GMO products lose their market. Live simply and cooperatively, and we don’t need the banksters to rob us with their greedy interest rates, etc.
Toward that end, I have collaborated with an amazing artist to create the book, Haiku HeART, (available on Amazon) by Gurunam Khalsa and Bob Luckin. The messages and the artwork inspire deep contemplation. It opens hearts and fosters creativity. It can be used as a journal, for meditation practice, or taken apart for framed 8 X 10 prints. Volume 1 is out now and will be followed by 11 additional volumes, approx. one a month. I feel this is the legacy I am contributing to the world. Bob’s art is frequently seen on CBS Sunday Morning. It is gorgeous.
I love putting my energy into what I wish to create and give almost none to fighting what I don’t like.
Would love to hear feedback from others.
