Just a quick comment: The granddaddy of Executive Orders has to be FDR banning the private ownership of gold, forcing you to sell it to the government at $20.67 per ounce. Once that was done reprice gold at $35 per ounce. That is a huge devaluation of the dollar and essentially a partial default on all debt. If that EO was legal it is hard to imagine any of Trumps being illegal (except possibly the 14th amendment birthright citizenship. That needs to be litigated).
