Legal question:
Under the NAP one is allowed to defend oneself and one’s property, but involuntary taxation violates that Right. What measures can be taken to protect oneself from legalised theft via tax, particularly income tax? Tariffs are broader and somewhat less personal.
Technically speaking, it would be permissible to destroy the entire IRS under the NAP if they are guilty of theft from the People. Difficult in practice.
