A much easier, quicker and effective (I guess) way to kill infection or bacteria in the mouth is just to put some clove essential oil (like 3 drops) in a small amount of water and swish the water around in your mouth for like 10-15 minutes a few times a day until the pain is gone. Clove oil can be replaced with any essential oil that kills bacteria.

For oral hygiene, oil-pulling with coconut oil or sesame oil is effective. Every morning I do oil-pulling with about a tablespoon (a bit less) of sesame oil with 3 drops of clove oil mixed in for 20 minutes. Both coconut oil and sesame oil are said to have effective anti-bacterial properties.

Concerning holes in the teeth–I have a very large hole in one of my molars where, when I was 12, a dentist drilled into a tiny cavity and made a huge hole so that he could fill it with white plastic stuff. After all these years, the filling fell out a couple years ago. I am not getting anything done to it. I have an oral hygiene protocol that is working for me and the body will eventually fill in the hole as the tooth regrows, as long as I keep my mouth clean and don’t eat junk.

One of the most shocking things I learned recently in a physiology book, is that TEETH regenerate, CARTILAGE grows back and BONES regrow too. Apparently every 6 to 11 months, we all have a completely new set of bones. So bugger all the allopaths, doctors, dentists and their invasive, bloody and barbaric methods. Cutting into the body traumatizes it even more.

Provide the physical, emotional and mental conditions within your body that it needs to regrow, regenerate and heal itself, and so it will.
