Thank you for your reply. I think I could learn a lot from you if you are residing in the Orient.
Early life terror and torture shocks shut my mind to that reality for decades. I did not become aware that had been a mistreated, exploited, teenage hard labor slave until decades later.
Example of subsequent spiritual guidance:
During that deprived and very abusive slavery, I made the thoughtless instant decision to enroll in a college, even though I only “owned the shirt on my back.” I was surprised that I was accepted, even after having flunked out of middle school, and flunked that college’s grade prediction test in English Composition. I did poorly in other subjects as well.
Even then, I did not know how to, or think and worry about how to get a job to earn my living expenses and pay for college. One day I took my master’s jalopy… without insurance, during his absence, and took a drive. I could not go further than a tankful of gas for a roundtrip, because I could only get fuel from my master’s big farm fuel tank.
I happened to drive by a huge stinky pulp and paper mill and decided to drive down to its office. I walked in and asked for a job. They hired me and gave me a medical examination. I did not know what work I had to do and was required to buy heavy leather gloves and a leather apron with leggings. That should have given me a clue, but I did not think of that, that it might be heavy work. During night shifts.
That is how I paid for my living expenses and four years of college, during which my home address was General Delivery, to be held in that town’s post office.
